This Return Policy explains refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and credit options for nutrition consultation products sold by Sievephpowerir through sievephpowerir.world. It supplements our Terms of Use and applies to US customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Covered Products
This policy covers the Market Variety Starter ($89), Weekly Rotation Guide ($149), Family Table Blueprint ($219), bundled coaching packages, and standalone variety coaching sessions listed on variety-coaching.html. Physical goods are not sold; refunds relate to digital access and scheduled consultation time.
Digital Program Refunds
If you have not downloaded or opened program materials and no live session has occurred, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase by contacting contact@sievephpowerir.world with your order confirmation. Once digital workbooks or rotation charts have been accessed, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion based on unused portions of the program timeline. After the program end date, digital purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Coaching Session Cancellations
Reschedule coaching at least twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment through the same channel used to book. Cancellations with adequate notice may be moved to a new time at no charge within ninety (90) days. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session credit unless we agree otherwise due to emergencies. Unused coaching credits purchased as bundles expire twelve (12) months after purchase unless extended in writing.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@sievephpowerir.world or call +16467895612 with your name, purchase date, product name, and reason for the request. We respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available when:
- All included sessions have been completed.
- Digital materials were fully delivered and the program period ended.
- The request arises from dissatisfaction with general wellness outcomes, as results depend on individual participation.
- Violation of Terms of Use led to termination of access.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of future enrollments.
Program Transfers
You may transfer an unused program enrollment to another adult household member once, with notice to Sievephpowerir, if no sessions have started. Transfers are not available after personalized materials have been created.
Defective or Inaccessible Materials
If files are corrupted or links fail, we will replace access at no charge. If we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, you may choose a refund or credit toward another product of equal value.
State Rights
Residents of certain states may have statutory cancellation rights for distance sales. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where state law provides a longer cooling-off period for digital services, we comply with the longer period.
